Before you write
What we are almost always asked first.
Direct answers to the questions that come up before transforming an operation.
We are a small company, is this for us?
Yes. You do not need to start with a complete system: we can solve one process first—the one costing you the most time—and expand the solution in stages as it creates value.
How long does it take?
The assessment usually takes 3 to 7 days. Development time depends on the scope. Throughout the project, we share working progress so you can test before the final delivery.
Do I have to pay for everything up front?
No. The work is split into phases and each phase is paid separately. You test what was delivered before moving to the next one, and you decide whether to continue.
Are there monthly costs afterwards?
Only the services your company contracts in its own name, such as domain, hosting, or email. We detail them before you decide, and they remain under your company's control, not Spiza's.
I already have a system or a site someone built for me, is it usable?
Almost always. We can audit, stabilize, and document what already exists so you can build on your investment instead of starting over.
What if we stop working together?
The code, the servers, the access and the documentation are yours from day 1. Any other team can continue without redoing the work.
